Imagine a juicy burger or crispy wings with Everything Potato Wedges.  Those spuds will totally out shine anything they are next to.  Packed with loads of flavor in each and every wedge.  Yep, they are baked!  Can't beat that!

 Celebrate fall with these two colorful ideas of Leaf Art for Kids. I would consider these middle elementary projects as they need to trace and cut well. This art not only looks great on a wall as a fall decoration, but also looks beautiful used as placemats. Each project uses construction paper which you probably have on hand! Other art tools used are scissors, crayons or markers and glue.

Make crispy, green tomato pickles from an old family recipe. A tasty recipe for making and canning your own pickled green tomatoes, if you have a surplus of green tomatoes.

My sister, Carol, used to have a business painting white children's clothes and I asked her if she would paint a pumpkin for me in the same way. We started this blog together as Two Succulent Sisters. Anyway, she said, "Yes," so here I am in Pennsylvania (I live in Connecticut) and she painted 2 pumpkins. I'm so extremely happy with them!!!

We are deep in to apple season, so what better time is there to make apple butter?  Whether you are picking them yourself or just taking advantage of the low prices at the supermarket, this slow cooker apple butter recipe should be on your list to make this Fall (as well as making your own applesauce in the crock pot)!

how to make nails grow faster and healthier I know how annoying it is when your nails are weak, thin, brittle and most of the times easily get cracked all of a sudden even when you’re doing nothing . Your lifestyle has a big part on that matter and it’s not just all about your nail characteristics since you were born, so stop blaming your poor nails. But how about a healthy nails that grow faster? Yes, please!

So you grilled all your mommy friends and read those what to expect books and those definitely hit on the key points of what it’s like to have a baby but what about the other stuff? Over the last year and a half there have been a bunch of times that I’ve though “Why didn’t anyone tell me that!?

My Israeli aunt, who is a baker, was a guest in our house for a week a couple of weeks ago. We were busy enjoying the area, so we didn’t have too much time to spend in the kitchen. But don’t worry, I still managed to gain 17lb that shall stick to my mid-section from now till the end of times.

Strawberry Margarita Cupcake Recipe
Mom's Madhouse
Spring is officially here and Summer will be arriving before we know it so I thought a tasty new treat would be good for the adults. These Strawberry Margarita Cupcakes will be great for a get together with friends or even a birthday party (for an adult).

PUMPKIN LUSH BARS
Cincy Shopper
These Pumpkin Lush Bars will make for a delicious fall layered dessert. You will find layers of cream cheese filling, pumpkin pudding,  and whipped topping, all on top of a yummy shortbread crust. Perfect for Thanksgiving dessert.

Chalkboard Placemat {Dollar Crafts for Kids}
Bargain Briana
I have become obsessed and caught up in the chalkboard craze- I have painted a handful of things in my home with a spray can of chalkboard paint. From glass to plastic plant pots to bedroom doors- It is easy to use, inexpensive, goes far, and packs a punch. So, that being said, I always have a can of it on hand for projects. I saw these really cool chalkboard placemats online that i knew my kids would love to play with but they were $10 a piece! I knew I could do better than that. I ran to Dollar Tree (one of my favorite stores) and grabbed a couple placemats from the housewares section. If you have a can of chalkboard spray paint already on hand this project is only $1!

Two Things I Learned This Week
MELISSA KAYLENE
Why hello! My name is Melissa, and occasionally when I find time I actually stop by on here and write! I know, sounds crazy right? I’ve wanted to write and share so many things lately, but I’ve just been so tired I find myself falling asleep while browsing on the computer, and haven’t been able to stay up and actually write a post for a few days now.
