Spa Eastman Montréal Inaugurates Its First Boutique | Follow Me Inside

I am always keen on discovering new beauty spots in this big city that I call home, so I was overjoyed to get invited to the opening of the first Boutique Spa Eastman in downtown Montréal last week! Spa Eastman has been established in the city for almost 25 years, with the spa being located on the 16th floor of the same building as the newly opened street-level boutique on Sherbrooke Street and where one can be treated to a splendid view of Mont-Royal. The easily accessible new store will make it easier for customers seeking express services when on the go while also offering a handful of beauty brands for purchase that have been carefully selected for their superior performance. Not only do they offer a handful of products ranging from skincare to nail polish, but they also offer manicures and pedicures, makeup application and facials, just to name a few. I was quickly informed that all of their products are natural too, which is just the cherry on top!

I did not know what to expect, and as soon as I walked in I was blown away by the decor and the layout of the store. Green and white cover the walls and displays, giving off a pure and earthy vibe. The beautiful light fixture hanging from the ceiling and the soothing video playing in the background were definitely highlights as well. At the back of the boutique is where you will also find a high standing table with swivelling stools which make up the nail bar and this is where the attendees were treated to a hand massage by a therapist - my hands never looked or felt so moisturized!

The nutritherapist and chef from the Spa Eastman location in the Eastern Townships, Jean-Marc Enderlin, was also in attendance as we were treated to freshly made, healthy and delicious appetizers. Mr. Enderlin personally took to whipping me up a special vegan treat after exchanging a few words about my lifestyle which was so very nice of him, and there were already many options I could choose from! I also had the opportunity to talk to a few representatives from the skincare and nail lines which are available for purchase at the boutique, namely Baborganique, DOCTOR Babor, Algotherm, Naturopathica (a new arrival here in Québec), SkinovagePx, Jack Black, Sparitual, Clarisonic, and the exclusive Expérience Spa Eastman line. Other artisan-made products that have been locally made, such as the Savonneries des Diligences deodorant soaps and bath products, are also available and perfect to recreate an at-home spa experience. All nail polishes used at the spa and sold in store are also free of the "Big 3" chemical products: formaldehyde, toluene, and dibutyl phtalate (DBP). I got to smell and test a few of the skincare products which, I must add, all smell absolutely amazing! My favourite one that I got to sniff is the pumpkin enzyme scented products by Babor - pretty much a sweet pumpkin pie in a jar!

I got to go home with a lovely and generous bag which included a poetic meditation CD, a couple of Babor skincare products, and a Spa Eastman gift certificate to an all inclusive one-day spa experience in Eastman, Québec - the first certified destination vacation health spa of its kind in Canada! I've actually never been to a spa before so I am beyond excited to make the road trip to the Eastern Townships and have a pamper-filled day with relaxation on the menu!

I had a great time at the event and know where I will be going if I ever need a vegan nail polish or an express manicure!
