Happy New Year beauties! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and that you had the chance to catch up with friends and family - and also got to indulge in some delicious food! I don't know about you, but I ate way too much in the last week... I'm definitely going to take it easy on the meals for the next few days!
A few days ago I decided it was time for me to get some new clothes for work. I tend to buy my clothes in bulk, once in the summer and once during winter when all the good sales are going on. I went a little crazy at one of my favourite clothing stores here in Canada called
Dynamite, and I was also in need of new winter boots and was so glad to find a pair I liked from
SoftMoc!
Also, I finally got a new camera! I had been saving my money to purchase a DSLR, and I can now say that I am the proud owner of a Canon EOS Rebel T3i/600D! I've always been interested in photography, and I am so excited to experiment and learn all there is to know when it comes to taking professional photos. I've been meaning to bring my blog to the next level, and having a DSLR to take better pictures is definitely one step in the right direction!
Here are a few pictures of my clothing haul - I had so much fun experimenting with my new camera and may have gotten a little carried away! :)

So jealous you have the 600D, I've been looking to buy a new camera for my blog (I've always just used my iPhone) and I'd love the 600D but can't really justify it. One day, I hope!
