Dove Style + Care Nourishing Curls Mousse
I am not one to use a lot of hair styling products. That is because they almost always weigh my hair down, and my strands end up looking like a hot mess, which is not a look I am usually going for! I have tried a few curling mousses in the past but haven't had much luck with the results. They would either make my hair feel super sticky or look permanently wet. Well drenched-looking hair no more! I recently came across Dove's Nourishing Curls Mousse from their Style + Care line, and haven't had any of these issues with it! We have a winner!
This canned mousse has a whipped cream texture. You only need the smallest dollop because a little goes a very long way with this stuff. It comes out white and the color fades into your hair after scrunching. I apply the product on damp, toweled-dried hair for best results. Most importantly though, this mousse provides great volume and brings life back into my naturally wavy, frizzy hair. "Soft, bouncy curls" is the best way to put it. I must also add that this product smells so lovely! The scent is light and fresh, and it lingers throughout the day.
The Dove Nourishing Curls Mousse is really affordable and readily available at most drugstores. Next time you are in the hair care aisle, I say go for it if you are also in the market for a styling product to tame your wavy/curly locks! :)
