Studio Gear Cosmetics' Basket Weave Cheek Palette

I have been loving Studio Gear Cosmetics' Basket Weave Blush lately as an everyday natural-looking pop of color on my cheeks! This palette includes 5 beautiful, slightly shimmery shades that vary from a pale pink to a bright pink, as well as including a darker, almost bronze-looking shade. I was lucky enough to discover this brand through a giveaway that I won a few months ago, thanks again Alexandra from 21standserendipity! She has an awesome blog and I feel so lucky to have won! :)

Eye shadow palettes are quite easy to find, but I had never really come across a cheek palette, so I was super excited to try this product out. It is a pretty decent size, so I see it lasting me quite a long time. Here are the swatches of each of the 5 shades:

The pigmentation could be a little better, but overall I am really enjoying this cheek palette - plus it is super easy to work with since the shades are not overly flashy (which can sometimes be a hassle to blend on to the skin). I usually just swirl my brush around the pan, which blends all the colors to form a very pretty, slightly glow-y, subtle pink shade - perfect for everyday wear (you can see the swatch of the 5 shades blended together at the top of my arm on the picture below):

What do you think of this blush palette? Any ones you would recommend checking out? Gotta love discovering new makeup brands! :D

  1. Despite pigmentation problems, this looks like an awesome blush! I love that it can really be used as 5 different blushes! The darker colors are definitely gorgeous!

    1. You can get it at Ulta if you're in the States. I got it as part of a giveaway I won from an American blogger. I'm from Canada, but unfortunately they don't carry them in stores here. You can always get their products online! :)
